Research project “Inferiority female children” was conducted in 1995 in four provinces, including Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Yen Bai and Can Tho. The project was funded by UNICEF.

Research project “The impact of working conditions on women’s lives in the agricultural sector and in joint venture factories”. The research was conducted in both Northern and Southern . In the North: Ninh Nhat commune (Hoa Lu district, Ninh Binh province) and Textile Company 8-3 (Hanoi); In the South: Phuoc Loc commune (Nha Be district, Ho Chi Minh City) and IBC Company (Ho Chi Minh City). The research was conducted in 1999 and funded by British Council.
