In the North: Ninh Nhat commune (Hoa Lu district, Ninh Binh province) and Textile Company 8-3 (Hanoi); In the South: Phuoc Loc commune (Nha Be district, Ho Chi Minh City) and IBC Company (Ho Chi Minh City). The research was conducted in 1999 and funded by British Council. |
